Positive: It was clean and comfortable

Negative: We did not like there was no hot water at all when we arrived. When we enquired about this, we were informed they knew about the issue but they could not fix it. When we asked if we would receive some compensation, as we had paid for a room complete with shower and hot water, we were met with a flat refusal. Very poor customer service.
