I bought the property early this year and fully renovated it,
The studio has plenty of light, back and front outdoor area.
Back area is fully fenced for pets and the front has a stylish outdoor setting.
The main bedroom has 1 x Queen bed and a single with trundle
Full fitted kitchen and beautiful new bathroom.
The old art gallery in Boreen Point has been fully renovated and this studio offers a full kitchen, lounge room and outdoor setting.

Boreen Point is such a beautiful small town with lots of history.
They have a beautiful lake which is a fantastic place for sailing and we hold many sailing regattas each year
The Apollonian pub is also a beautiful place to sit in the sunshine and enjoy a beer and listen to the live music.
The everglades are easy to access from here to spend many hours on the water.
Boreen Point is a relaxed village on the shores of lovely Lake Cootharaba. The largest lake of the Noosa River system, Cootharaba is the gateway to the upper Noosa River, the Noosa Everglades and the Great Sandy National Park. The village is about 20 kilometres by sealed road from Tewantin on Queensland`s Sunshine Coast.
A haven for sailing and boating enthusiasts, Boreen Point has holiday cottages, a general store, caravan parks and boat hire facilities. Boreen Point is the home of a sailing club, which stages major sailing and sailboarding events.
All Linen and towels are provided at the property.
