Positive: It was just amazing! The room was clean like no room before - as we say in German: You could eat from the floor, if you wanted to. The owner is a very kind person, and at night is was absolutely quiet - even it is very near from the beachside where it is party all night long. 100% recommend, if you are looking for a nice, wuiet place near the beach with exeptional cleanliness and hospitality.
