An open concept living and dining includes couch, love seat, recliner, 57 inch TV, stereo, CD player, work station with all desk items, six person dining table, two person bar area, movable island, throw blankets, Kleenex, fire blanket and two fire extinguishers. Two king-size bedrooms includes all linens, pillows, king-size blankets, TVs, ceiling fans, multiple receptacles and USB ports and room-darking blinds. The full bath includes large shower, bath sheets, bath and hand towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, make-up mirror and complimentary essentials toiletry blanket for guest use. Hardwood floors throughout, Air-conditioned, free WiFi completes the interior space. Off the living space is the balcony with a table and two high chairs, perfect for morning coffee or watching wildlife. The large covered front porch on the ground level has four rocking chairs, two water hook-ups and multiple power outlets, perfect for boat charging. A fire pit, walking trail, tree house, picnic area with gas grill, easy in and out boat parking, and fee-based Level 2 EV Charging station completes the outdoor space.
