The large plot of 1500 m2 includes an amazing private pool, a large garden, a barbecue area and a broad private parking with a capacity of 5 cars or more.
The villa is composed of two independent houses . House 1 has a capacity of 6 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. House 2 has a capacity of 4 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. A folding bed can be added to each house if required. Each house has an open-air terrace with views over the garden, the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains.
