Summary: Upon our arrival, we were greeted and told we had our room upgraded with a view facing southern cross rail station. And checked in early so we didn’t have to wait to take our luggage up to our room. The room was beautiful, clean and amazingly comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was amazing and enjoyable. Completely recommend and give our stamp of approval. Excellent guest relations
