Situated in the Lighthouse Beach area this house has beautiful views of Lighthouse Beach. The house is only a 5-minute level walk to the iconic Tacking Point Lighthouse and the incredible coastal walk path can be joined just across the road. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach.
Relax on your balcony and enjoy the views along the coast to Crowdy Head. During the migration season you may even see whales. Dolphins are often seen all year round.
The property also boasts a swimming pool, so you can relax on the balcony enjoying the views of Lighthouse Beach whilst watching the kids in the swimming pool.
During the winter months the weather is mild so you can enjoy the coastal walk into town, try wine tasting or even visit the many Farmers’ and Artisan Markets. The property also has an extensive library of over 150 adult and children’s books, over 50 DVDs with a smart TV for Netflix viewing. The property also offers free Wi-Fi. On the lower level there are two bedrooms and a 2nd lounge area with TV/DVD player – perfect for the kids. There is also a bathroom with corner spa bath and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The back deck is accessed from the lounge area and has outdoor furniture to relax on.
The street (middle) level has a large fully equipped kitchen including a Lavazza coffee machine, dining area and lounge room - all with views. The lounge area has a Smart TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is also a bedroom and recently renovated bathroom on this level. There is a large deck off the dining area, with outdoor furniture and Weber BBQ.
The main bedroom is on the top level with incredible views. It has a walk in robe, recently renovated en suite, ceiling fan, TV and private balcony with outside furniture.
The property has a double lock up garage with internal access to the middle level.
Bedding: Queen bed in the main bedroom, queen in the 2nd, 2 singles in the 3rd and 2 singles (bunk) and a single bed in the 4th bedroom. Linen/towels are not supplied, however, doonas, pillows and blankets are. Linen hire can also be arranged.
