Set across two spacious levels, this beautifully renovated Lake Gardens home has been thoughtfully set up for families and groups who want room to genuinely enjoy their time together. Fresh interiors, quality new furnishings and an abundance of natural light give the home a polished yet comfortable feel, while several separate living spaces mean a full house never feels crowded.
The main living areas offer plenty of choice depending on how you want to spend your stay. There is a dedicated TV room for relaxed evenings and movie nights, a second living area for gathering together, and a separate library style space stocked with books, games and history. It is a particularly useful layout when travelling with children or multiple families, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space without being separated from the rest of the group.
The fully equipped kitchen provides a generous central space for preparing meals at home, with a gas cooktop, ample bench space and everything needed for everyday cooking. The fourth bedroom is designed particularly well for younger guests or a family group, with a bunk bed, an additional single bed and a separate single mattress available when required. In total, the home can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Travelling by car is the easiest way to explore Ballarat and the surrounding region from Lake Gardens. The property provides excellent off street parking with a double garage and double driveway, making it particularly convenient for groups arriving in multiple vehicles.
A supermarket is approximately three minutes away by car, while central Ballarat and many of the city’s attractions can be reached within approximately 15 minutes.
The property can accommodate up to 10 guests, however we want to be completely clear about the sleeping configuration when booking. There are beds for 9 guests across the four bedrooms. For the 10th guest, a separate single mattress is provided, which can be pulled out and placed on the floor in the bunk room or another bedroom of your choice. This mattress is not a permanent bed and will need to be positioned on the floor when required.
This is a spacious townhouse style property in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. It is ideal for families and groups, but is not suitable for parties or events. We ask all guests to respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am on weekdays.
