Children under 2 years old can stay for free in the room. all requests are subject to the room category. meals or extra services required are not included and should be paid at the hotel, parking fees are eur 25 per day, per car. we require advance booking. please contact the property directly, during the high season period from december 19 to – january 5, we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking. from january 29th to february 28th we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation, the new years eve gala dinner is mandatory for all guests staying on 31 december, prices are not included in the accommodation. events team will contact you in order to pre-book, when booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
