Welcome to The Seascape Studio, a bright and beautifully presented ground-floor studio ideally positioned between Terrigal and North Avoca. With beaches, cafés, restaurants and Terrigal’s lively town centre within easy reach, it’s a convenient coastal escape for couples or solo travellers.
The open-plan studio features a comfortable King bed, relaxing lounge area, kitchen with breakfast bar, private bathroom and split-system heating and cooling. Thoughtfully styled with soft coastal touches and plenty of natural light, the space has everything you need for a relaxed short stay.
The studio is at the base of the main residence. Studio guests have private access to the ground-floor studio only, with no shared internal areas. Please note that long-term residents occupy the upper levels of the property. There is no parking available at the studio or on the driveway. Street parking only is available on nearby Coast Road and Wilson Road, a short walk from the studio but guests do have to access the studio via the street. Please be aware the driveway is quite steep (to afford those gorgeous views!) and as such we do not recommend this property for anybody with mobility issues.

These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.
A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.
All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
