An entrance hallway with a toilet leads to a spacious 36m² living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, and a large refrigerator) opening onto the living area with a dining area (table, chairs, and sideboard) and a lounge/relaxation area (TV, sofa, armchairs, and coffee table). Wi-Fi access is available.
On one side of the living room, a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), storage, and an en-suite bathroom (shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and toilet). From the bedroom, access to the terrace is provided.
On the other side of the living room, a hallway leads to two bedrooms and a second bathroom (shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and toilet). Bedroom 2: a double bed (160 x 200) + walk-in closet. Access to the terrace from the bedroom.
Bedroom 3: a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom (140 x 190) and a single bed on the top (80 x 190).
The living room opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace and an unfenced garden with patio furniture (table, chairs, parasol, and electric barbecue).
