Located in the quiet district of Bec de l'Aigle, approximately 400 metres from the ski lifts of Font d'Alagon, this magnificent accommodation offers you over 4 levels all the comfort dreamed of for successful summer or winter holidays with family or groups of friends.
Access to the house is via stairs leading to the terrace or through the garage where you will find storage spaces for bicycles, ski equipment.... You can park your vehicles on the side of the road in front of the accommodation.
The first habitable level will offer you a leisure space with billiards, darts, bar corner, children's playroom, an XXL laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (8kg).
The second habitable level consists of a magnificent and very welcoming dining room open to the fitted kitchen (2 refrigerators including one with a freezer, SENSEO and NESPRESSO coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, raclette and fondue appliance, toaster, kettle,...).
