Positive: The apartment‘s floor plan is nice. There is an App to inform the client about everything, so everything looks modern & well organized. But this is not the case.

Negative: Dear owners owners of the holiday apartment Cocon Thérèse in Metz, When were you in your apartment last time instead of sending people to fix problems? I guess long time ago, because it’s the only explanation why you still rent it as it is. It’s not maintained & needs a deeper cleaning. There is a smell of moisture in the whole apartment. So many things are broken. There are holes in the walls and many stains. Your only reaction is online: you want to send a cleaning woman & technician (the main heating in the living room does not work), but very obviously your system of online„maintenance“ doesn’t work. You were responsive to my emails, but writing doesn’t replace DOING. Come here and have a look instead of acting online only. FLOOR/ LIVING ROOM - There is a permanent smell of humidity & moisture - The heating (in November) was off when we arrived and the whole apartment was ice cold - The sofa is broken, when you want to sit down you just sink down - Wifi password (in the App) doesn’t work KITCHEN - The freezer has to much ice and hardly closes - Cutlets & dishes are more or less dirty. Is no one checking that before new guests arrive? - The big lamp is dead BATHROOM - Sink: the lid does not work properly - The toilet brush is broken - The laundry basket is broken - The drain in the shower is smelling - The shower has traces from former clients BEDROOM (next to living room) - Bed: slatted frame is broken and hangs to the floor …
