Positive: Staff attitude was good. He was helpful. Though there were no restaurants nearby he took our dinner order and delivered great quality food to the room. The hotel itself seems to be somewhat new and may have been in business only for a few years. The bathroom and toilet was clean and the hot water system worked decently. The air conditioner also looked brand new and was powerful. But it had no heating function.

Negative: 1. Towels and pillowcases had a bit of history and evidently hadn't been dry cleaned. However they were promptly replaced when we pointed them out. However, my friend ended up getting a slightly stained pillowcase even as a replacement. Sadly, even the blanket and the bedsheet had some historic stains on it. 2. There was no mobile signal (not the hotel's fault) but the free WiFi signal was only available on the ground floor. 3. There was no coat stand or cupboard to keep our jackets.
