Summary: The rooms definitely need refurbishment, with brighter lighting, updated light switches, and better overall room maintenance. The bathroom—especially the sink and faucet—has a poor design that causes water to spill outside the sink area even with a simple hand wash. The restaurant also needs to be more mindful of its food and beverage pricing, as the charges are noticeably higher compared to other 4-star hotel restaurants. Because of this, we dined there only once and chose outside restaurants for the rest of our stay. However, the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their professionalism truly made a difference despite the room conditions. Mr. Akhil and the front desk crew, in particular, made our stay memorable.
