The kitchen is stocked with all the small appliances, including a thermomix, air fryer, pressure cooker. Laundry with both a Miele washing machine and dryer, one and a half bathrooms, with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Lovely park and children's playground across the road, perfect for a picnic. The coastal walk is on your doorstep, as well a bike paths to access the rest of the Northern Beaches.Public transport close by, with express buses to the city and regular buses to Manly. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance and shops close by.
