accommodate up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families or small

It is fully equipped and offers an elevator, balcony, terrace
furniture, Wi-Fi, and a TV. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub
and the other with a shower. A hairdryer and iron are also available
for guests.
The apartment includes air conditioning in the living room, fans in
each bedroom, and central heating, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer,

charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m after 10 p.m. 60 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited to smoke in the apartement and on the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
