Positive: Excellent location. Close to the beach and the centre. Good size room with good facilities. Good wifi. Good price/quality ratio. Free parking on the waterfront. Place to store the bicycles at night.

Negative: Stairs to the 4th floor apartment are very narrow. A backpack is fine, but a bulky suitcase will be a challenge. Only skylights, so no view at all.

Summary: Excellent location.
