Located on a gorgeous tree-lined street, this quaint 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home offers all the charm and character that you would expect! Located right in the heart of the thriving Art Museum Area, this home will be sure to impress! Open the front gate and follow the reclaimed brick pathway to the front door. Upon entering the home, the first thing you will notice is the efficient use of space.

Comfortably jog, walk, or bike to paths along the Schuylkill River Trail, Kelly Drive, and West River Drive.
PARKING: The is no free street parking or any other parking on this block, however there is free street parking subject to availability located on nearby blocks'
